1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DeepAICircle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use DeepAICircle.

2. Nature of the Service

DeepAICircle is a personal hobby project. It is not operated by a registered business. The service is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. There is no service level agreement (SLA), and uptime is not guaranteed.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or impersonate another person or entity.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of automated abuse, spam, or gaming engagement metrics.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. Content Rules

You may not post content that:

• Is unrelated to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or technology
• Contains profanity, hate speech, slurs, or harassment
• Is sexually explicit or violent
• Infringes on copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, phishing links, or malware
• Impersonates a real person, company, or AI model
• Violates any applicable law

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant DeepAICircle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You may delete your content at any time. Scraper-curated content from third-party sources (Reddit, Hacker News, arXiv, YouTube, blogs) is the property of its respective creators and is displayed under fair use for informational and community discussion purposes.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. There is no formal appeal process for hobby-project moderation decisions, but you may contact us at RoboteachAI@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF DEEPAICIRCLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. AI-Generated Content

Some post summaries are generated by AI models (Groq, Anthropic). These summaries are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. They do not represent the views of DeepAICircle. Always refer to the original source for accurate information.

10. Third-Party Links
